Qualifications Career Through Hilary’s degree studies at the University of Durham, she was awarded a MA in Education (Research) and BPhil (Hons) in Ballet and Contextual Studies. These studies broaden her knowledge and understanding of current education trends and educational learning and teaching methodologies. Hilary is a RAD Grades Examiner and has her own dance school in Hampshire where she teaches all age groups. She also teaches for the RAD Dance School. CPD Responsibilities

Hilary began teaching in 1973 and joined the staff members at the College of the Royal Academy of Dance in 1978 where she developed her skills in tutoring, initially on the Teacher Training Course and more recently on the BA Art & Teaching of Ballet.
Hilary has been selected as the CPD Tutor for Knowledge in Practice Units concentrating on RAD Grade 1&2.
