How to Apply to the BA (Hons) Dance Education
Entry Requirements
- Two good A Level passes or equivalent
- RAD Intermediate or equivalent
- English Language Proficiency test required for applicants whose first language is not English.
Accredited Prior Learning (APL)
The Faculty of Education at the Royal Academy of Dance is keen to recruit students from a wide range of backgrounds. If you do not hold traditional academic qualifications, you may have prior certified or experiential learning, which can be credited. APL applications will be considered for the BA Dance Education, the Diploma in Dance Education and the Certificate of Higher Education: Dance Education
For students who do not have English as a first language:

Applicants for part-time study must apply through the Royal Academy of Dance by the deadline of 30 April.

Copies of regulations are available, on request, from the Registrar.
The regulations are issued to each student on enrolment.
